Fresh Milk, fresh air, and a whole lot of love.

The challenge
1. Reclaim Brand Ownership
Transition from selling under “Origin Milk” to standing fully under the Colorado Cow name — without losing trust or momentum.
2. Differentiate in the A2 Category
The real challenge wasn’t awareness. It was differentiation. How do you stand apart in a category that’s built around the same protein story?
We saw the opportunity immediately: The difference wasn’t the science. It was the heart behind it. Colorado Cow isn’t a lab-driven milk brand. It’s a family-run farm that deeply cares about its cows, its land, and its customers.
That’s where the brand needed to live.
Brand Voice
We developed a voice rooted in care, not claims.
“Milk that’s made to love you back” became the foundation — a simple way to express that this product is intentional, thoughtful, and crafted with integrity.
Instead of leading with technical language, we led with:
Passion for the herd
Pride in small-batch production
Respect for the consumer
The tone became warm, confident, and grounded — never clinical. That voice now guides packaging, website copy, and social media.
Packaging Redesign
Retail shelves are visual battlegrounds. Unlike their competitors, we wanted to show off the creamy color that only Guernsey cows can make. We redesigned the labels to:
Create stronger shelf recognition.
Clarify A2 messaging without overwhelming the design.
Build a cohesive system across SKUs.
Strengthen hierarchy and readability.
The result is packaging that feels approachable — rooted in Colorado, not corporate.
Website Redesign + Launch
We rebuilt coloradocow.com, launching the new site on August 17, 2025. The previous digital presence didn’t fully reflect the quality of the product or the strength of the brand. The new site leads with emotion, not explanation. It clearly educates consumers about A2 milk by telling the farm’s story with clarity and warmth.
The redesigned site activated meaningful traffic immediately and now serves as a true digital storefront for the brand. The site is now attracting significantly more first-time visitors — a necessary step to support retail growth and brand ownership.
the resultColorado Cow now fully owns its name, its shelf presence, and its story. From packaging to website to social to retail, every touchpoint is aligned. What was once partially represented under a third party is now clearly and confidently Colorado Cow.
And it communicates what was true all along:
This isn’t just milk.
It’s milk made with care.
