The Jesse Tree Story is an advent book created by Faithward, an online resource inspiring readers with new ways to live out their faith. The original “book” was designed as a downloaded PDF, Faithward wanted to bring it to life again in a published book with colorful illustrations and a captivating design.

The Opportunity

Redesign an outdated PDF for printed publication in order to captivate young readers and inspire families to experience the stories that lead up to the birth of Jesus.

 

  • Erica was a fantastic designer to work with on our project, from start to finish. She helped us create a vibrant and kid-friendly devotional book for families to use during Advent. Erica listens well, has a great eye for design, sincerely cares about users, and is very responsive to feedback. This was the best experience I've had working with a freelance graphic designer so far.
